Funding, Financial Assistance, & Helpful Resources 

As artists and arts & culture organizations are facing dire financial situations, there are several avenues for potential funding, grant opportunities, and educational resources. 
We will do our best to bring you information as we receive it.
Paycheck Protection Program Updates
SBA is currently offering PPP loans until May 31, 2021. President Biden announced program changes to make access to PPP loans more equitable.

Shuttered Venue Operators (SVO) Grant Program

North Florida Community Action Agency is now receiving CARES act monies for the following:
Up to $3,000 for electricity through 9/2021 per household
Up to $2,000 for rent/water/sewer through 9/2022 per household
Program will start to release funding next week contact 904-362-8052 to schedule an appointment.


Foundation for Contemporary Arts:
Grants ranging from $500 to $2,500 to USA and territories individual visual and performing artists to address sudden and unexpected opportunities or needs related to the arts. Projects may take place in the USA or abroad. The Foundation supports artists whose work is of a contemporary and experimental nature. Applicants must demonstrate that their artistic practice falls within this context


Arts and Culture Leaders of Color Emergency Fund
This fund is for US-based BIPOC artists and administrators. This is a ONE-TIME micro grant of $200.


California Casualty Music and Arts Grant. (available throughout the US)
Promote K-12 Music and Arts Programs in 44 states.The California Casualty Music and Arts Grant program provides support to K-12 public schools negatively impacted by reduced budgets. The program is available throughout the U.S., with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York, and Wisconsin. The program offers grants of $250 to schools whose music and arts programs are in jeopardy or in great need of funding. Requests are also considered for individual classrooms wishing to integrate music or arts projects within school curriculum. The application deadline is June 30, 2020. Funding guidelines and application information are available on the Music and Arts Grant program website. 
Artist Relief Fund.org
Artist Relief will distribute $5,000 grants to artists facing dire financial emergencies due to COVID-19; serve as an ongoing informational resource; and co-launch the COVID-19 Impact Survey for Artists and Creative Workers, designed by Americans for the Arts, to better identify and address the needs of artists.
