As a constituent, you can advocate and convey to City, State, and Federal Officials how essential the arts, the humanities, and arts education are to your community. You have the power to engage and inform Officials about the important role the arts play in your community. Without your help, your Officials may not realize the ability of the arts to support jobs, engage kids in school, and change lives in your district. It is important that you take action, build relationships with your representative, and highlight the benefits of arts and culture.
The Cultural Council of Greater Jacksonville is sponsored in part by the City of Jacksonville and by the Florida Department of State, Division of Cultural Affairs, the Florida Council on Arts and Culture, and the State of Florida.
