Important FAQ for
CSG Grantees

While the COVID-19 crisis situation is fast-moving and changing every day, this is what
we currently anticipate:

Will there be an extension granted for second quarter CSGP follow-ups?
Yes, the deadline for the second quarter report and the ROI survey will be extended to Thursday, April 30.

When will the next CSGP payment be made?
Third quarterly payments are scheduled to be made via direct deposit on or about Friday, May 15.
As always, these payments are contingent upon the Cultural Council receiving funds from the City of Jacksonville.  Grantees must also have submitted their second quarter follow-ups in order to receive payment.

How will the suspension of program activity and loss of revenue affect Cultural Service Grant compliance?
Since the crisis hit toward the end of the second quarter, most of that quarter (January-March) will show “normal” activity.  What will happen during the third quarter (April-June) in uncertain, but it’s during this quarter that grantees could be hardest hit.  We know that there may be a suspension of programs during this time.  We will also be monitoring CSGP matching requirements for the third quarter and developing contingency plans for those unable to meet their match.

Will there be any changes to the 2020-2021 CSGP application process timeline?
This remains to be seen.  For now, we will adhere to the original schedule.  We will, of course, communicate any changes and the reasons for them.
