The Cultural Council of Greater Jacksonville, Inc. collects the following types of personal information: names (individual, organization, corporation), postal and e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and billing information. We use this information to reply to inquiries, process billing and for postal and email communications. This information will only be accessed by appropriate Cultural Council staff and the occasional third party as described below. The Cultural Council occasionally shares its postal/email address lists with carefully selected cultural partners/organizations. To with hold your name and address from these lists, please e-mail us and place “DO NOT SHARE MY ADDRESS” in the subject line and include your Name and Address in the body.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your Cultural Council membership, please email us at info[at]culturalcouncil.org within 90 days of your membership enrollment date. Please put “Cancel Membership” in the subject line, and include your reason for cancellation. You will receive a full refund on your membership fee. No refunds will be made on memberships more than 90 days after enrollment.
