Nimble Nonprofit Series
The Nonprofit Center of Northeast Florida continues its Nimble Nonprofit series with two more workshops.
Perfecting Your Message on August 22, 9 – 11:30 a.m. at the Schultz Center for Teaching and Learning presented by Dr. Richard Waters, Assistant Professor in the Department of Communications, North Carolina State University.
Public Speaking and Presentations on September 25, 1:30 – 4 p.m. at the Nonprofit Center presented by Al Emerick, Director of Marketing, Sterling Healthcare.
Sculpting the Human Head Workshop with Ed Jonas
A sculptural/anatomical approach to building the human head at the Cultural Center of Ponte Vedra. This workshop will focus on the many challenges of sculpting the human head, neck and shoulders. An anatomical approach to building the forms from the inside out, finishing with the final surface, and features will bring about a clearer understanding of this complex subject for both the painter and sculptor.
October 27 – 30, 2008, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Members $480: non-members $600. Intermediate to advanced level.
Rollins College: Philanthropy & Nonprofit Leadership Center
