Cathedral Arts Project – Teachers need for the 2010-2011 school year

Cathedral Arts Project, a leading provider of free, ongoing and standards-based afterschool programming in the visual and performing arts on the First Coast, is seeking dance, visual arts, drama, choral and violin instructors for the 2010-2011 school year. Instructors teach 1 – 2 hours twice a week beginning at 3:15 p.m. or 3:30 p.m. Teachers are well compensated and have a generous budget for supplies and some planning time. Teaching experience is required and a background check is required.

Cathedral Arts Project – Guest Artists

The Cathedral Arts Project is seeking qualified visual artists, photographers and performing artists to enhance CAP’s programming in elementary school classes with innovative, short term projects. Guest artists will spend one or two afternoons in a class with a goal of exposing students to unique skilss or projects that will augment standard curriculum. Classes begin at 3:30 p.m.

The Sanctuary on 8th Street, an organization serving inner city youth in Springfield, is accepting applications for after school program staff for the upcoming school year, Monday through Friday, 2:30 p.m. – 6 p.m. Responsibilites include preparing snacks, transportation from school and to home, homework help, assorted activities, and occassional field trips.
