Calling All Actors (and Extras!): How to Impress a Casting Director

Presented by the Cultural Center at Ponte Vedra, this session focuses on one thing: how to make the right impression. But nothing is more critical to your acting success than professionalism. Whether it’s determining the proper networking opportunities, developing your acting resume, getting the ri9ght head shots or arriving on set for the first time, all of these actions require a little polish and a lot of finesse. Attend this session on June 18, 2008, 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. and get some expert pointers on what you should prioritize, and also how to be sure your casting director delivers on their commitments too. You’ll also gain an understanding of the difference between a talent agency and a casting agency, and why you need to impress both. Presented by Jacksonville-based casting directors Rita Manyette and Amanda Davidson of Martini Shot Casting, LTD. CCPVB Artist Members – FREE, non-members – $15. RSVP to Jessica at (904) 280-0614 x. 204.
